We are currently seeking a qualified and highly motivated professional for the following position :

Watches Specialist - Based In Medan

Being in the boutique and representing the brands to meet and serve the client, a Watches Specialist is playing a major role in developing the business as well as building the professional relationship with the client in both sales and network aspects.

Job Description:

  1. Matering knowledge and information related to the brand and share to respected customers
  2. Deliver standard service excellence to customer, based on brand guidelines
  3. Establishing contact and develop relationship with regular and new customers
  4. To keep and maintain customer database and preferences
  5. Consistently contributing sales by accomplishing store monthly target
  6. Performing and maintain daily material, sales kit and boutique environment are in good condition
  7. Perform additional service such as bracelet shortening & strap adjustment

Requirements:

  1. Holding at least Diploma degree from reputable academy or university
  2. Having at least 2 year of experience in high end brand to help the incumbent in serving the client with full confidence
  3. Having strong business related knowledge and professional communication skill
  4. Having the desire for the sales job with strong determination and be self-motivated in achieving the goals
  5. Posing the high skill of teamwork and performing the job independently, as well as the capability to thrive in today’s competitive market
  6. Having proficiency in both verbal and writing English is a must
