Java Software Engineers

Job Description:

1. Define application problem by conferring with users, evaluating procedures and processes.
2. Document and manage user requirements.
3. Propose/design solution based on user requirements.
4. Coordinate development with developers.
5. Validate test results by quality engineer.
6. Ensure operation by training user and providing support.
7. Provide reference by writing documentation

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years' experience in [Java] programming and 2 years experience in system analyst capacity.
3. jPOS with 2 year experience is an additional bonus
4. [Java] multiple java Frameworks Spring, JSF, Google Web Toolkit, Play, Grails, Structs2, Eclipse
5. [java] proposing framework and tweak java app. performance
6. Knowledge in software requirements capture & analysis, software architecture & design, software testing, documentation.
7. Good analytical and consulting skill.
8. A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Relevant working experience and exposure in financial industry will be an advantage.
